Questions

Straight answers

Who pays the card processing fee?

Snap Count does. The 15% is the only thing we take — the card fee comes out of our share, not yours.

When do I get paid?

The family or team pays when they book. Once the job is marked complete, your 85% moves to your payout — no invoicing, no chasing.

What if a booking is cancelled or refunded?

If money goes back to the customer, our fee goes back with it. You are never charged our share on a job that didn't happen.

Do you charge for bundles or team work the same way?

Yes — one rate on everything: photo packages, sizzle reels, graphics, bundles, team programs and sponsor shoots. No surprises by category.

Do I need to pay anything to start?

No. Joining, listing your packages and opening your dates are all free. We only earn when you do.
